I first started off as the family designated dessert maker specializing in cheesecakes. I would always tell my husband I am going to my happy place, which was a nickname for my kitchen, to whip up baked goods. I soon moved on to cakes and discovered that they tasted really great but did not look perfect. I attended some cake classes by the great Cake Stylist Rosanne Zinniger of Cakes by Rosanne. I discovered I had a creative niche for cakes and was inspired to start making cakes for everyone to enjoy.
